Wedding catering
Chef-made menus built around the two of you, with the kind of flavor guests talk about on the drive home. Plated, family style, buffet or stations, with every dietary need covered and energy left for the dance floor.

Your day, plated
From the first glass of champagne to the morning after, each moment gets its own food. Pick the ones you want and we build the rest around your timeline.

Seared scallop, smoked salmon blini, crab cakes, prosciutto and melon.

Plated, family style, buffet or stations. Built around your venue and your guest list.

Birria tacos, wagyu sliders and truffle fries, boxed for the dance floor.

Smoked salmon, soft eggs, pastries and fresh juice for the people who stayed.

Service styles
Your venue, your guest count and the mood you want decide the style. We have cooked all four for rooms of 20 to 300.
Coursed and served to the seat. The most formal option, with pre-selected or dual entrees.
Platters passed down long tables. Warm, generous and the fastest way to get a room talking.
Chef-attended lines with the same sourcing as the plated menu. Best for big guest lists and tight timelines.
Carving, raw bar, taco and pasta stations around the room so guests move, mingle and graze.

Tastings
Once your proposal is in, we cook the menu for the two of you. Adjust anything at the table, then lock it in.
The Elevated standard
Every wedding menu is held to the standard our athletes train on, right down to the dessert table. Guests get every indulgent bite and still leave energized for the dance floor, not heavy.
100% grass-fed, regenerative, organic proteins, cooked for a deep sear and a tender bite.
Clean, low-glycemic carbs for steady energy through a long day.
No seed oils, gluten, soy or refined sugar. The flavor comes from fresh herbs, citrus, spice and fire instead.
Dietary needs planned into the menu, not bolted on as a sad side plate.

“It's all the good stuff that tastes just like I bought it from one of the famous bakeries. But it's packed with good stuff. I love it.”
