Retreat catering

Retreat catering that feeds the whole experience.

Every meal of the stay, planned around your group. Mountain dinners, slow breakfasts, trail lunches and fireside desserts, so food becomes part of the retreat instead of a break from it.

Formats

Four ways to feed a stay.

Group size, lodging and schedule decide the format. All four run on the same sourcing and the same chefs.

  1. 01

    Family style

Platters down the table for dinners that bring the group together.

  2. 02

    Buffet

Chef-attended lines for big groups and flexible session times.

  3. 03

    Boxed and boards

Lunches that travel to wherever the day takes the group.

  4. 04

    Full stay

Every meal from arrival to departure, one proposal, one chef team on site.

Plan the stay

Walk the schedule with us.

Send the retreat agenda and the lodging. We come back with a meal plan that fits the days, the kitchen on site and the group.

  • Day-by-day meal plan with timing
  • Dietary mix handled from the first meal
  • On-site chef team for the whole stay or key meals only

The Elevated standard

The same company that feeds pro athletes.

Every retreat menu is held to the standard our athletes train on. Dinners worth lingering over, desserts worth the walk back to the fire, and a group that wakes up ready for the next session.

  1. 01

    Proteins

100% grass-fed, regenerative, organic proteins, cooked for a deep sear and a tender bite.

  2. 02

    Carbohydrates

Clean, low-glycemic carbs for steady energy through a long day.

  3. 03

    Ingredients

No seed oils, gluten, soy or refined sugar. The flavor comes from fresh herbs, citrus, spice and fire instead.

  4. 04

    Every guest covered

Dietary needs planned into the menu, not bolted on as a sad side plate.

Questions

Before you ask.

How big a group can you feed?

Retreats from a dozen guests to a few hundred. Tell us your number and we build the plan to fit.

Do you cook on site?

Yes. Our chef team works from the lodge kitchen or brings a field kitchen when there is none.

Can you handle dietary needs across the group?

Yes. Every menu is already free of seed oils, gluten, soy and refined sugar, and we plan vegan, dairy-free and nut-free plates into every meal.

Do you provide service staff?

On-site chefs cook and serve. Full service for dinners and attended buffets is quoted in your plan.

What if the lodge has no kitchen?

Common in the mountains. We bring a field kitchen and confirm power, water and access ahead of the stay.

Where do you serve?

Colorado is home. For retreats elsewhere, we cook through our network of chefs in major metros. Share the location and we will confirm.
